Service Opportunity at Sheltering Wings

We will be volunteering at Sheltering Wings in Danville the morning of March 25.  Sheltering Wings is a local organization that provides emergency shelter for survivors of domestic abuse.  Weather permitting, we will be helping them clean up their landscaping for the spring.  If you are not comfortable or fit for this work, please email alex@alexgriffith.me and we will make sure to have something else planned for you ahead of time.  

Park in front of the Sheltering Wings building at 1251 Sycamore Lane, Danville.  The front door will be locked; you can ring the bell to be let in.  Please have a state-issued ID handy as they screen visitors to the building.  Hand tools and gloves will be supplied but feel free to bring your own.
