Indy Miata will return to Marietta during the Fall Season to enjoy the atmosphere and colors of SE Ohio… oh, and the roads, too! Again, the Blennerhassett Mansion will be offering their Candlelight Tour of the 200+ year old Mansion on Blennerhassett Island in the middle of the Ohio River. As described on their website (www.blennerhassettislandstatepark.com):

“Sternwheeler rides will transport you back to the year 1805 where the Blennerhassett’s are hosting a party on the island. On this autumn evening, electricity is banished when the mansion and island are transformed into flame-lit world of the 18th Century. The soft glow of candlelight will weave a mesmerizing spell round about you as you listen to music, see dancing, or watch a lively game of cards. The island’s cook will be busy preparing a harvest dinner for guests to enjoy before touring the mansion, taking a horse-drawn wagon ride or visiting the servant’s party and other activities on the island.
